PRESS RELEASE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: ArtSee vehicle to bring Art throughout New York City Parks and Recreation Centers
We are very pleased to announce our new sponsorship and collaboration with The New York City Parks and Recreation Department to bring art projects throughout the five boroughs. Mister ArtSee will create new works as well as present established organizations such as the Manhattan Movement and Arts Center (MMAC) to audiences in parks and recreation centers all across the city. Under the new program, the ArtSee Vehicle will bring events, performances and exhibitions to more people and places as never before thus, accomplishing its vision of being a new kind of social space, and dialogue. We thank the Department of Parks and Recreation for their support and encouragement and look forward to our ongoing contributions to the cultural fabric of the city and beyond.

National Arts Advocacy Day was capped off today in Brooklyn with the unveiling and release of the official Mister ArtSee US postage stamp and commemorative First Day of Issue Postcard. Brooklyn's main Borough Hall Post Office was bustling with participants and onlookers as local school children and Elizabeth Koch (Arts and Culture Specialist at Brooklyn Borough President's Office) helped ArtSee founder Elliott Arkin present the 44 cent first-class US postage stamp in recognition of the important role that art, art education, and art awareness has in America's society.
